Moshe Moeller, Ph.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist
#023554

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Are you struggling in your marriage, family, or as a parent? Perhaps you're carrying stress, anxiety, or self-doubt that no one else seems to see. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Therapy is more than solving problems—it's about understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your relationships, and creating a life that feels more authentic and meaningful. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, challenged, and supported. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, Attending Psychologist at Montefiore Medical Center, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. I also serve as Associate Program Director of Montefiore's federally funded Supporting Healthy Relationships and HERO Dads programs, where I help develop innovative services that strengthen couples, fathers, and families throughout the Bronx. Through Montefiore Einstein Psychiatry Associates (MEPA), I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples in private practice. I am also a co-founder and Executive Board member of the Association of Orthodox Jewish Psychologists (AOJP).

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe meaningful change happens within a trusting relationship, where you feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions while also being encouraged to grow. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with evidence-based approaches, tailoring treatment to your unique goals, personality, and experiences. Humor, curiosity, and authenticity are important parts of my work, and I strive to help clients leave each session feeling understood while also making meaningful progress.

Seeking therapy is a sign of courage, not weakness. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply want to live with greater purpose, confidence, and connection, I'd be honored to work with you. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and welcome you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see whether we're a good fit.
